Three levels of access are available:
- Adminstrator - Has full access
- Team Member - Only access to data assigned to the Team
- Data Entry - Data entry access only
- Internet registration
- Check for program updates available from the Internet
- Save your settings for Advertising, Decisions and Age ranges as default
- Seminar Titles for each meeting night
- Optional lesson tracking with Seminar meetings, integrated in reports
- Interest list data import
- Multiple site attendance import (Requires unique registration numbers assigned to all sites)

Updated 5/12/2012: – Quick Data Entry screen ticket number field now matches the main window ticket number field in size. This number is set to handle up to 10 digits for the tickets and be able to use them in bar-code scan entry.

Installation Instructions:
|
Download the zip file to an empty folder where the installation files can be unzipped.
(Like C:\TEMP.)
Unzip the file AFGOSPEL.ZIP, then run the SETUP.EXE program.
If you already have a prior version of Gospel Harvest, it will update your current installation.
You may remove the installation files in C:\TEMP or wherever they were placed.
NOTE: Windows XP and later versions let you view and access zip files as if it was a regular folder. But you must extract the files before the installation will run without errors. Right click on the zip folder and select the "Extract all" option.
If you do not have Microsoft Office installed (Word, Excel etc.)
You will also need to download the MSGraph8.Zip to install the graph support files.
Install Gospel Harvest FIRST, then install MSGRAPH. The install process is the same as for Gospel Harvest.
